Deer and Game Processing

Gibson's takes field dressed and skinned game (boned or de-boned) for processing.

Pricing:

  • Processing - $69
  • Whole Deer - $79
  • All Trimmings - $1.00 / lb
  • Frozen Meat - $1.00 / lb

Additional Services

  • Remove the Backstrap - $8.00
  • Partially Quartered - $8.00
  • Each Section - $17
  • Tenderizing Per Section - $7.00
  • Cutlets Per Ham (Cubed Steak) - $7.00

Hog Processing

Gibson's takes field dressed and skinned WILD hogs (boned or de-boned) for processing.

Pricing:

  • Processing - $80 (must fit in one normal cooler and includes: Cuts and Groud Pork)
  • Each Section - $17.00 / lb (if not a full animal)

Additional Services

  • All trimmings per pound - $1.00/lb
  • Tenderizing Per Section - $7.00
  • Cutlets Per Ham (Cubed Steak) - $7.00
  • Stew Per Ham - $7.00
